To accomplish this, I really listen to you, find out where you are, define where you want to be, and then use the ability to think outside the box, persistence, patience, and experience to help you get there.

Communication is the most important attribute I offer owners and tenants alike. I keep in touch with both parties so I am able to meet expectations and solve situations before they become problems.

Since 2003, I have never had to evict anyone. I allow them, on a case by case basis, to break a lease, provided the property is left in good condition and rent is paid until property is rented. I stay on top of all repairs that are needed in order to maintain the property. Our repairmen are competent and reasonable. I don’t add a dime to their fees.
